What you bought
Find Home Basic ($49) or Find Home Plus ($99) is a one-time purchase of a 30-day access pack: directory access plus the ability for H.E 360 to confirm and track up to 10 (Basic) or 25 (Plus) picks — communities you ask us to contact on your behalf. There is no auto-renewal. Your card is charged once.
24-hour full refund
If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase and have not used any picks, we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked. Email support@healthcare.engineer with your order ID.
After 24 hours, or once picks are used
We handle these case-by-case. If a community went out of business, stopped responding, or the situation changed unexpectedly — write us. We're a small team and we read every message.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned via Stripe to the original card or payment method. Banks typically take 5 to 10 business days to post the refund. We don't see the funds in between — Stripe and your bank do.
What we don't refund
We can't refund based on a community's response to your inquiry. We facilitate the contact and track the response — we don't guarantee a community will admit, quote, or accept your loved one. That decision stays with the community.
Disputes & chargebacks
If you have a concern, please email us first. Filing a chargeback before contacting support extends the refund timeline by weeks and costs us a chargeback fee — money that would otherwise go toward growing the service. We'd rather just talk.
